Pre-registering for class is an efficient way to let us know when you will be attending class and takes care of most of the registration process ahead of time.

The following permit information can be located on paper permit form. If you cannot locate this information do not fill it in here. Your driving instructor will gather this information before you drive.
Permit Number

This is labeled "LICENSE OR DL NO." on the permit form. It is two letters followed by 6 numbers. EG: RP123456
Permit Validation Date The Validation Date is a hand written date on the back of the letter sized permit paper. If you haven't taken and passed your permit test yet, the permit has not been validated.
Permit Expiration Date The permit expiration date is located in the field labeled "Exp Date" on the permit form.

The following information can be filled in now and submitted over the internet or hand written when completing the forms when you arrive at the driving school. It is much more efficient if you are able to fill in this information now.
